Set upon a generous 10,000 m² site, The Hive transcends conventional boundaries with a visionary total building plan of 4,000 m². It functions as a hub for the community, seamlessly intertwining spaces dedicated to social interaction, sports, and artistic expression. Guided by a commitment to sustainability, the design incorporates both passive and active strategies, harmonizing nature and architecture.
