As a key contributor within project teams, this role supports the development of design ideas from early concept through delivery, working closely with senior designers and project leaders. The position focuses on translating concepts into clear visual narratives while maintaining high graphic and technical standards across multiple large-scale projects.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the design process across all project phases, from concept design through documentation and delivery.
• Develop design ideas through visualizations and presentations with a strong focus on quality and clarity.
• Collaborate actively at a project team level, critically and constructively evaluating design concepts.
• Assist in the preparation of client presentations and design narratives that clearly communicate intent.
• Support a collaborative, inclusive, and design-led studio culture.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in high-rise buildings, mixed-use developments, and large-scale projects.
• Strong design sensibility with excellent graphic, conceptual, and technical skills, alongside the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
• Proficiency in relevant design and documentation tools.
• Passion for sustainable, high-performance architectural design.
• International working experience is highly valued.
