A proposed new office branch is poised to redefine the banking experience in Alam Sutera. This building consists of flexible office spaces, a versatile multipurpose hall, and a strategically planned parking area, offering a comprehensive and seamless encounter for users.
The design philosophy joins contextual responsiveness, identity affirmation, and a commitment to transparency. Drawing inspiration from the site’s urban tapestry, the design navigates the contemporary urban fabric, striking a balance between modernity and plurality. A distinctive golden wave-like mass is achieved through terraces that function as both verdant respites and design elements, weaving a narrative that melds aesthetics with environmental stewardship. Glass emerges as the embodiment of transparency, serving a dual purpose of promoting passive design strategies and optimizing the building’s orientation, resulting in a space that is both inviting and energy-efficient.
Rooted in a sustainable ethos and an unwavering dedication to inclusivity, the design concept extends beyond architectural boundaries to foster an urban biophilic environment. The façade, an elegant juxtaposition of natural equilibrium and human ingenuity, epitomizes this duality. Monolithic glass panels envelop the office floors, symbolizing openness and fluidity, while solid forms clad the parking areas, representing stability and trust. The tower, with its five prominent columns, stands as a visual testament to integrity and professionalism, grounding the structure with a sense of purpose and ethos.
