We are seeking a detail-oriented BIM Architect with a strong background in architectural design and multidisciplinary coordination to help us drive quality, efficiency, and innovation across our large-scale projects. Responsibilities:

• Coordinate multidisciplinary models, including architecture, structure, and MEP.
• Perform regular clash detection, model audits, and quality control checks using BIM software tools.
• Ensure model accuracy, data consistency, and alignment with project requirements.
• Manage BIM deliverables, data exchange processes, and shared file environments.
• Collaborate with project architects, engineering consultants, and contractors to resolve technical issues.
• Support continuous process improvements and efficiency in BIM implementation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 6 years of professional experience in architecture and BIM.
• Experience in architectural design and construction documentation.
• Experience coordinating with Structural, MEP, Civil, Electrical, Mechanical and other disciplines.
  • Experience working on large-scale, complex and involving industrial/data-center projects is preferred.

BIM Software Requirements

• Strong architectural modelling capability.
• Ability to produce detailed BIM models.
• Ability to generate drawings/documentation from the model.
• Understanding of Revit families, parameters, templates, views, schedules, etc.
• Clash detection.
• Model coordination.
• Clash reports and coordination workflows.
