Bank OCBC NISP, Indonesia’s fourth-oldest bank, is currently constructing a new tower in BSD City, South Tangerang. This strategic location positions the tower right across from ICE BSD (Indonesia Convention Exhibition), a renowned venue for large-scale events that attract a diverse international audience.
The building design showcases a tower with a distinctive crown, elegantly perched atop a podium. The building is thoughtfully divided into five distinct zones: the podium containing the lobby, banking hall, and auditorium; the parking area at the podium’s rear; the ‘neck’ housing a coworking space and gym; the office tower; and finally, the regal crown.
This upcoming tower not only signifies the bank’s commitment to innovation but also highlights its astute choice of location, maximizing visibility and accessibility through its proximity to ICE BSD. With the harmonious division of spaces, from the bustling podium to the serene crown, the design caters to a spectrum of needs, promising a dynamic and inclusive environment that embraces both functionality and aesthetic finesse.
