We are seeking a highly motivated Project Architect with experience both in design studios and on construction sites.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, hands-on site experience, and the ability to coordinate across multiple disciplines.

What you will do

• Assist in coordinating the preparation of complete design and construction documents.

• Collaborate with structural, MEP, landscape, and other consultants to ensure fully integrated building systems.

• Conduct site supervision and coordination to monitor construction progress and quality.

• Review and check shop drawings for accuracy and compliance with design intent.

• Liaise closely with contractors, Project Managers (PM), and Construction Managers (CM) throughout project execution.

What we’re looking for

• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in architectural design and project management.

• Proven experience working on high-rise buildings or large-scale developments.

• Strong knowledge of materials, technical specifications, construction methods, and local building regulations.

• Good command of English (spoken and written).

• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

• Experience in Data Center projects is an advantage.
