The KOPEBI building is located at Jl. Kebon Sirih, Jakarta. As a new part of the Bank Indonesia complex, the building design is expected to continue and synchronize with the existing buildings’ characteristics of integrating distinctive vertical-horizontal composition of planes and lines.
The architectural elements of the this building allow positive contribution to the environment with its principle of passive design. This building optimizes air-flow control for the comfort of users inside the building through the secondary skin and turbine ventilation which are integrated into the facade. To further save energy by utilizing natural resources, photovoltaic technology is installed on the roof as an energy resource alternative.
In 2018, Anggara Architeam won the IAI Awards of Best Building in the Public Building Facility category with KOPEBI.
