Responsibilities :

• Create design concept and space planning
• Preparing preliminary plans for initial meeting and involved in Presentations & Managing Clients Expectations
• To prepare detailed scale drawings upon approval of preliminary drawings
• Responsible for all and any other

• tasks related to project work to perform and produce a well thought design

• Responsible for multiple assigned projects
• Coordinate with Client and related Contractor or Consultant as required
• Able to handle projects with minimal supervision

Requirements:

• Candidate at least has Bachelor degree in Interior Design or Architecture from a reputable University
• Experience interior design services for Mixed Use Development, Office, 3 to 5-stars Hotels, Hospitality Design and others
• Has minimum working experience of 10 years in Interior Design or any related field
• Having working experiences abroad would be highly appreciated
• Proviciency in: Design Concept, AutoCAD and SketchUp/3D Max
• Have a good command of English, verbal and written
• Passionate and strong conceptual in design thinking, sense of art and good in space planning
• Capable to work multi-task and work as an individual or part of a team in dynamic environment
