We have been providing Architectural Design Services for nearly 30 years, whether as a Principal Architect or in collaboration with renowned international architects. Our journey has allowed us to work with professionals from around the globe, enriching our approach to design.
Since 1995, we have been committed to delivering innovative, practical, and cost-effective designs. We have showcased our passion for architecture through a wide range of project typologies, particularly in High-Rise buildings. Our expertise covers Mixed-Use developments, Offices, Malls/Retail, Residential, and specialized functions such as Auditoriums, Mosques, and Data Centers, which continue to evolve.
On September 19th, 2024, we were honored to receive the BCI Asia Award as one of Indonesia’s Top 10 Architecture firms. This marked our 16th time receiving this prestigious recognition (2005-2008, 2011-2013, 2015-2024). The award highlights architecture firms with the highest-value project portfolios, with a focus on sustainability and local green building ratings. Our notable projects at the time of the award include Bank Mandiri Alam Sutra, Epiwalk, the Kebon Melati Project, and Summarecon Mall Bekasi.
This achievement would not have been possible without the dedication of our leadership team: Budi Sumaadmaja, serving as Principal Architect; Adri Hanafi and Gani Wiyono as Directors; and Gembong Reksa Kawula as Project Manager.
