On-Site Interior Designer

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented On-Site Interior Designer to bridge our creative studio vision with direct field execution across our commercial, hospitality, and residential projects.

What you will do

  • Oversee on-site interior execution, ensuring design intent, spatial quality, and technical details are strictly maintained from initial concept through to final handover.

  • Serve as the primary site liaison between the interior design studio, project architects, engineering consultants, contractors, and specialized sub-contractors.

  • Manage site queries, requests for information (RFIs), and design adjustments required due to field conditions.

  • Work closely within small teams and across divisions to promote an inter-disciplinary design approach.

  • Ensure design intent is maintained from the initial concept through to the technical documentation and delivery phases.

  • Oversee site coordination, material reviews, and technical resolution during the construction phase to guarantee final spatial quality.

What we’re looking for

  • Minimum 8 years of professional experience in Interior Design or Interior Architecture, with proven experience in projects from concept through to final construction delivery.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or Architecture.

  • End-to-end project capability: Experience handling interior projects through all stages—from conceptual design and detail drawing packages to site supervision and construction.

  • Extensive technical knowledge of interior construction details, joinery, finishes, MEP coordination, material behavior, and site installation techniques.

  • High proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and site documentation tools; ability to read, redline, and resolve complex shop drawings quickly.

  • Advanced knowledge of materials, construction techniques , building codes and QA/QC process is a plus.

    Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills to effectively manage site meetings and contractor alignment.

  • Strong knowledge of furniture, furnishings and equipment (FF&E).

  • Excellent graphics and visualization skills to effectively communicate design ideas to clients.
