Spanning approximately 75 hectares in Cibubur, Altea BLVD is set to transform the area into a vibrant new township. The development features 19 residential clusters alongside two key commercial zones: the South Gateway Commercial and Central Lake Commercial areas.
At the heart of this development is the Altea BLVD marketing gallery and residential areas, designed to embody a seamless connection with nature. The architectural concept focuses on creating multi-generational homes that balance shared spaces with individual privacy.
The residence features separate entrances, with every floor equipped with its own living room, kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. The design ensures the flow of fresh air and natural light throughout each home.
This project is a collaboration between PT Astra Land Indonesia—a joint venture between Hongkong Land and Astra Property—and Sinarmas Land. With a design that merges the dynamic energy of urban life with the tranquility of nature, Altea BLVD offers a unique vision for modern living.
In recognition of its sustainable design, Altea BLVD has been awarded the prestigious Greenship Neighborhood Platinum certification by the Green Building Council Indonesia, underscoring its commitment to environmentally responsible development.
