Invited as a panelist, Budi Sumaatmadja highlighted our projects regarding the impact of Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) on urban living, particularly the implementation of TOD in high-rise mixed-use buildings.

Our current projects, Indonesia Satu and Two Sudirman, demonstrate this by seamlessly connecting with public transit options like MRT, LRT, and bus stations. These mixed-use buildings feature accessible pathways, multi-level outdoor spaces, and a blend of commercial, office, and residential areas, creating vibrant communities that support balanced living and productivity.
