BCI Asia Top 10 Architects Award 2023

Since 2005, the BCI Asia Top Ten Awards has successfully placed itself among the most coveted awards for the Asian building and design industry. The series of awards are held across seven of Asia’s key markets: Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam. The Top Top Ten Awards recognizes developer and architecture firms with the highest value portfolios of projects during the last full calendar years.
This exclusive, by-invitation only event allows firms to position themselves with top stakeholders in the Asian Construction market, as well as provide an extensive networking platform for elite property developers, architecture firms, engineering consultants, manufacturers and service providers. This event also aims to celebrate and encourage innovative and sustainable designs for the betterment of our built environment
From 2013, going forward, the prize committee of BCI Asia has decided to expand and reposition the meaning of the Top Ten Awards to focus on sustainability. The winners of 2013 are identified as the firms with the greatest aggregate value of projects under construction during the last full calendar year by the extent of their sustainability and confirmed local green building ratings.
Acknowledging that not all designs materialize exactly as intended, the evaluation encompasses preliminary green design endeavors, emphasizing their significance. Thus, a project can earn recognition twice during its lifecycle: initially upon transitioning from the pre-tender stage to the main contract awarded in the following year.
Previously, Anggara Architeam has had the honor to become one of the ten architects to receive this award in numerous years (2005 – 2008, 2011 – 2022. With great enthusiasm, Anggara is humbled to announce our nomination in BCI Asia Top Ten Architects for 2023 as well. Some of our recent projects at the time of the award include Oasis Central Sudirman (in collaboration with NBBJ Design), Avania Residences, and Eka Hospital Juanda.
