Intermediate Architect
As a key contributor within project teams, this role supports the development of design ideas from early concept through delivery, working closely with senior designers and project leaders. The position focuses on translating concepts into clear visual narratives while maintaining high graphic and technical standards across multiple large-scale projects.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the design process across all project phases, from concept design through documentation and delivery.
- Develop design ideas through visualizations and presentations with a strong focus on quality and clarity.
- Collaborate actively at a project team level, critically and constructively evaluating design concepts.
- Assist in the preparation of client presentations and design narratives that clearly communicate intent.
- Support a collaborative, inclusive, and design-led studio culture.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in high-rise buildings, mixed-use developments, and large-scale projects.
- Strong design sensibility with excellent graphic, conceptual, and technical skills, alongside the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
- Proficiency in relevant design and documentation tools.
- Passion for sustainable, high-performance architectural design.
- International working experience is highly valued.

Senior Project Architect
We are seeking a Senior Project Architect to bridge the gap between design vision and technical execution. This role will streamline the transition of architectural designs into complete construction documents, leading technical teams and coordinating across stakeholders.
Responsibilities :
- For creating design concepts from schematic ideas into Construction Documents with high accuracy, precision and efficiency utilizing REVIT 3D BIM modeling and space planning, preparing preliminary plans for initial meetings, and handling multiple assigned projects.
- Be involved in presentations and managing clients’ expectations.
- To prepare detailed scale drawings upon approval of preliminary drawings, coordinate with clients and related contractors or consultants as required.
Requirements:
- Have a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from a reputable university,
- At least 8 years of experience in High Rise Building Projects, Mixed Use Development, Office, 3 to 5-stars Hotels, Hospitality Design, and others.
- Having working experiences abroad would be highly appreciated.
- Be proficient in Design Concept, Revit 3D BIM, AutoCAD, and SketchUp/3D Max.
- Have a good command of English, verbal and written.
- Passionate and strong conceptual in design thinking.
- Capable of working multitasking as an individual or part of a team in a dynamic environment.

Senior BIM Coordinator
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior BIM Coordinator to join our Architectural team. This role will lead BIM coordination across multidisciplinary projects, ensuring high-quality model development, collaboration efficiency, and compliance with project standards from concept through construction documentation.
Responsibilities:
- Lead BIM coordination for architectural projects across all project stages.
- Develop, implement, and maintain BIM standards, workflows, and execution plans.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary models including architecture, structure, and MEP.
- Conduct clash detection and model audits using BIM software tools.
- Ensure model accuracy, consistency, and compliance with project requirements.
- Support project teams with BIM troubleshooting and technical guidance.
- Manage BIM deliverables, model exchanges, and data organization.
- Collaborate closely with project architects, consultants, and contractors.
- Train and mentor junior BIM staff and coordinators.
- Monitor BIM implementation efficiency and recommend process improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in BIM coordination within architecture or AEC industry.
- Strong proficiency in:
- Autodesk Revit
- Navisworks
- AutoCAD
- BIM 360 / ACC platforms
- Strong understanding of BIM workflows, LOD standards, and construction documentation.
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary and large-scale projects.
- Knowledge of Indonesian building regulations and project practices is preferred.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in high-rise and mixed-use projects.
- BIM certification or Autodesk certification is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Dynamo, Rhino, Grasshopper, or scripting workflows is a plus.
- Experience developing BIM standards and templates.

Senior Interior Designer
We are currently looking for a Senior Interior Designer to help us craft thoughtful environments for our office, hospitality, and retail projects.
If you are passionate about guiding design teams and bringing ideas to life through strong visualization, you might be the perfect fit for our studio.
What you will do
- Lead interior design assignments, including detailed programming, conceptual design, space planning, schematic design, and design development.
- Guide and mentor junior designers, ensuring high-level execution across multiple simultaneous projects.
Foster a collaborative environment with architectural and technical departments to ensure design intent is maintained throughout construction.

Work closely within small teams and across divisions to promote an inter-disciplinary design approach.

Ensure design intent is maintained from the initial concept through to the technical documentation and delivery phases.
What we’re looking for
- Min. of 12 years of professional experience in Interior Design and/or Interior Architecture.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture.
- Proven experience in Residential, Mixed-Use, and Hospitality interior design projects.
- Excellence in design conceptualization with a deep understanding of Indonesian culture and vernacular design.

Demonstrated leadership, organizational, communication, and relationship management skills.

Flexibility to manage a variety of project types or multiple projects in various stages of development.

Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp/3D Software, Adobe Suite.
- Strong knowledge of furniture, furnishings and equipment (FF&E).
- Advanced knowledge of materials, construction techniques , building codes and QA/QC process is a plus.
